Free Returns & Exchanges
Every Johnston & Murphy product is backed by our 170-year tradition of excellence. We want you to feel comfortable trying our product, so we're happy to offer free returns and exchanges.
We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise or any merchandise with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of the sale date. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt/return form. Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. A refund check may be issued for cash payments. Refunds will include the price of the product and any taxes charged. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Items sent to our warehouse will not be returned.
J&M Insiders: We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn merchandise or any merchandise with a manufacturing defect within 365 days of the sale date. Insiders are also eligible for the Wear Test - Try any item for 60 days. If you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange for a full refund.

Items can be returned to any of our Johnston & Murphy retail stores.
Retail Store Purchases
Items purchased in J&M Retail or Factory stores can be returned in stores or through the mail. Need a prepaid label? Contact our Customer Experience team at 866.536.0773 for a return label for items placed in a Johnston & Murphy store.
