How do I know what items are available for pick up at my local store?
A Pick Up at Store toggle is present at the top of each product category on our website. To browse your local store, first search by State or Zip Code and toggle the feature to display inventory at that store.
Please note that inventory differs from store to store, so not all styles, colors, or sizes may be available nearby. If an item does not appear in stock at your local store, you can always have an item shipped directly to your home.
Can I place an order with item(s) for pickup and item(s) to be shipped?
Absolutely. Item fulfillment method will be noted in your cart at the time of checkout so please confirm everything is as it should be before placing your order. Also note that you will be charged for separate transactions, one for the items that are fulfilled by pick up and another as your item(s) ship. You will also receive separate order numbers and email notifications for each type of order.
If you want to pick up from multiple stores, you’ll have to place separate orders.
When will my order be ready for pick up?
If your order is placed before 2:30 pm CST, it should be ready on the same day. All other orders will be ready for pick up the next day.
When will I get charged for my order?
We will place an authorization hold on your credit card at the time your order is placed. However, your card will not be charged until after your order is picked up.
Please note that Affirm is not a valid payment method for orders purchased online for pick up in store.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pick up with store location and store hours.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
After we send the email notification that your order is ready for pick up, we’ll hold your order for 5 days. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a few reminders. After day 5, your order will automatically be cancelled, and the payment authorization will subsequently expire.
Where in the store do I pick up my order?
Please alert any store associate as you enter the store or at our checkout counter. They will be able to assist you in picking up your order.
What will I need to pick up my order?
Please be ready to present your order number (included in the email from us) and a photo ID for verification.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you may authorize someone else to pick up your order during the checkout process. They will need to provide the order number and a photo ID for verification at the time of pick up.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, just give us a call at (800) 424-2854. Don’t worry, if your plans change you do not pick up your order within 5 days, you order will automatically cancel and you will not be charged for the order.
How can I return my order?
Our free return and exchange policy applies to orders that are made online and picked up in store. Just visit www.johnstonmurphy.com/free-returns.html and adhere to the instructions under Online Orders and Phone Orders. If you would prefer to return your item in store, you can do so at any of our retail locations.
Do you offer ship to store services?
Currently, we do not offer ship to store on merchandise that is not already available at your local store. If an item does not appear in stock at your local store, you can always have an item shipped directly to your home.
